The biggest fear emanates from the USA and its undemocratic court system. Two decisions by the Supreme Court in the recent years have completely converted this leader of democracy into a “money talks” democracy. First that corporations have fundamental rights and second that there is no bar on the amount of election contributions.

and the growing problem is corporations` socialism, price fixing, bid rigging etc. Nothing left from the idea of free market etc.
